如何转移

准备好将iPhone中的数据迁移至益达娱乐 Galaxy设备了吗？请先准备好旧设备，再选择您喜欢的方式连接到新款益达娱乐 Galaxy手机。即使不使用数据线，您也可以传输照片和联系人。

  • 如果是Android设备，则需将S 换机助手安装到两台设备上。如果是iOS设备，则在无线传输数据时必须安装应用程序；但是，当通过有线连接或iCloud传输数据时，则无需安装该应用程序。如需更多详情，请查看每种使用情况的“如何传输”章节。

  • 不删除。S 换机助手不会从设备中删除内容。当完成传输后，数据将存储在两台设备中。

  • 不需要。当开始传输时，您可在设备上执行其他任务。在新的益达娱乐 Galaxy设备上，从屏幕顶部向下滑动“快速设置”面板，可检查传输进度。


    注：在传输数据的过程中，可执行多任务，但不建议这样做。
    但是，如果通过无线连接从iOS设备向益达娱乐 Galaxy设备传输数据，请勿关闭屏幕或进入iPhone或iPad的主屏幕。当从iOS设备中无线传输数据时，无法进行多任务处理。

  • 不能。其他品牌的设备只能通过S 换机助手发送数据，而益达娱乐 Galaxy设备可使用S 换机助手发送和接收数据。

  • 如果电脑或Mac上安装了S 换机助手电脑版，则您可执行以下任务：

    1. 1. 将旧益达娱乐 Galaxy设备的数据备份到电脑，并将数据恢复到新的益达娱乐 Galaxy设备中。
    2. 2. 将iTunes备份数据恢复到新的益达娱乐 Galaxy设备。
    3. 3. 提醒您更新设备软件并显示更新的选项。
    4. 4. 如果是Windows电脑，则显示“Outlook Sync”菜单，将Windows电脑上的“Outlook”数据同步到手机中。如果是Mac，则显示“Sync”菜单，将Mac中的通讯录/日历数据同步到手机中。

  • 在S 换机助手屏幕上，“全选”是默认选项，您只需取消选择不想传输的项目即可。

  • 若S 换机助手无法连接至电脑，可尝试以下操作：
    1.更换USB接口：若台式电脑使用前置USB接口或USB集线器，可能会因信号较弱导致连接不稳定。
    2.更换USB数据线：若数据线损坏，可能会造成连接不稳定。

  10. OTG适配器需单独购买。
  11. iOS设备有线传输需满足：接收设备为Android™ 4.3及以上版本，发送设备为iOS 5及以上版本。若接收设备为Android™ 4.0及以上版本，发送设备为iOS 12及以上版本，即可通过无线连接或iCloud传输数据。iCloud传输需满足：接收设备为Android™ 4.0及以上版本，发送设备为iOS 5及以上版本。
  12. 若需传输大量数据，建议采用有线连接，因为这种连接方式能一次性传输更多数据。确保设备在传输前已充分充电，因为在传输过程中无法连接充电器。
  13. 该功能支持搭载Android 13 OS（T OS）及更高版本的Wear OS操作系统，此外，旧设备和新设备均须配备谷歌移动服务（GMS）v23.15.17或更高版本。Galaxy Watch须连接至您的旧设备，且您的旧设备和新设备均须登录至同一个益达娱乐账号。
