<p> 中证网讯（记者 倪铭娅）中国社科院主办，社科院研究局、社科院工业经济研究所、社科院宏观经济研究中心和社科文献出版社承办的“2020年《经济蓝皮书》发布会暨中国经济形势报告会”9日发布了《经济蓝皮书：2020年中国经济形势分析与预测》。</p>
<p> 对于2020年财政政策，经济蓝皮书认为，一是优化并落实落细减税降费政策，切实降低企业税费负担，增强企业获得感；二是以绩效为导向调整财政支出结构，加大对制造业转型升级和技术改造的支持力度，激发企业内在动力和创新活力；三是可考虑适当提高赤字率，增加债券发行，重点支出职业教育和托幼、医疗、养老等民生事业，以及科技、基础设施、生态补短板等。</p>
